In order to accomplish this goal, we are launching a direct sales division in our company. And like everything we do, our direct sales approach has that special DIVA twist.

Rather than recruiting women to work alone as sales consultants, we are creating sales teams, known as Diva Life Embassy groups. Each group is founded by a Diva Ambassador who then recruits 6-12 other women to begin her group.

Embassy group members operate their own direct sales business with the added benefit of a local support system helping her succeed. Embassy groups meet regularly for training, support and fellowship. Each group has a specific purpose for forming (besides sales) and serves their local community by supporting a local non-profit both financially and personally.
